Cancelation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. This also includes moving appointments within 48 hours or we will charge the full appointment and schedule another appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the beginning of your appointment to begin your service at your scheduled time. If you arrive late you will be charged for the full appointment and we will not be able to do the whole service. A 48 hour notice of changes or cancellation is required to avoid being responsible for the full cost of the service. If booking on phone or in person we will require a credit card/debit card to book and hold the appointment. This is used in the event of a no show or canceling/moving appointment under 48 hours. We reserve the right to charge the card up to 14 days from the date of service. Emergency and Rescheduling appointments will be up to owners discretion!
